ProspectHalo shows the current trial or introductory offer and the amount due at checkout. The checkout details are authoritative for your purchase.
After the trial period, the selected monthly subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before renewal. You can open Billing in the dashboard to review your plan, limits, renewal information, and the billing portal.
Cancelling stops future renewal according to the effective cancellation shown by the billing provider. Your existing leads and conversations remain in your account unless you delete the account.
For a payment failure, unexpected charge, refund question, or cancellation problem, contact support from the billing dialog so your account and membership reference are attached automatically.
