Company Settings contains the business profile and offer context that new agents use as defaults. Review this information whenever your positioning or ideal customer changes.
Notification settings control optional product reports and alerts. Essential account and billing messages may still be sent when needed.
You can also review connected accounts, manage your subscription from Billing, and request account deletion from the account settings area.
